Standard Shipping will be with proof of postage only, can take upto 30+ days for delivery. Upgraded Shipping (UPS) will be Insured, Tracked and Signed For, and normaly take a few days to deliver - depending on location Merc-SupplyShop take no resposability with customs, if they add extra charge or if the item is held/destroyed or conferscated by customs.. this all falls down to the buyer and the buyer takes full resposability.... so please check with customs before ordering to make sure the item is allowed.

Because of the nature of these items,  I can't accept returns unless they arrive damaged or defective, If they are then contact me within: 14 days of delivery and Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. We do not accept any Exchanges.

We don't normaly accept cancellations on orders, but we know that things happen in life and orders some times need cancelling. There is a 15% cancellation fee on all orders.

These are either Resin or 3D printed at 0.2mm layer hight with between 15% - 25% infill, support material is removed, and will need prep work (sanding/filling) before painting. Kit colors may differ depending on the filiment used.

These are either Resin or 3D printed using PETG , at 0.2mm layer hight with between 15% - 25% infill depending on the parts. Which are then finished, painted, weathered and lacquered. We make these blasters as tough as we can but please take care to avoid any paint chips. All finished blasters wil now be supplied with a removable orange nozzle, This is to show its a replica/toy and to also help with items checked by customs.
